Harlow’s first NQS competition of her skating career ⛸️✨! So proud of @harlowsloaneb for taking on the challenge and pushing through those nerves! She stepped up, gave it her all, and was still all smiles afterward 😁.

We close out this season after a big one of transition and growth~ new rinks, new coaches, new skate friends, and lots of learning along the way 💕.. So grateful to Coach Josh @shua80 for all of his support of Harlow this season 🙏. We’re so proud of how far she’s come and excited for everything ahead ❤️.

On to the next level… Could this be the year of the 🐶🐾?! and oh boy Triples, we’ve got our eye on you…

I asked 30 business owners what I should do next, and almost every one of them gave me the same answer…

“Take the chance”
“Don’t be afraid”
“You have to take chances to get somewhere”

Now I’m finding out if they were right.

And it doesn’t stop here, we’re going to be interviewing a lot more owners.

What made them finally take a chance on themselves?

Because being an entrepreneur, starting something new, redefining yourself… it’s not easy.

Let’s start this journey together.

Also huge shoutout to @kinglei714 @montserrat_mata_ and @rons1ne for doing the interviews and sharing their story. 😁

6th grade!!! 🥹✨ @harlowsloaneb A Middle schooler now… whaa?!

Same school @sanfranciscodayschool, but a new world~ an extra 30 minutes to the school day, switching classes, choosing a foreign language, picking up a wind instrument 🪈🎶, and officially becoming one of the “big kids” on campus. 🥲

Excited to see our KPop lover (@cortis concert tee just had to be on the first day 🙌) grow into this next chapter 💕.. Here’s to an amazing 6th grade! 🫶🏼📚✨

So proud of my girl — a Personal Best score yesterday and she’s feeling better than ever 🙌❤️

Fewer competitions this season to focus on skating—new rinks, new coaches, new skate friends, and most importantly, giving Harlow the space to reset and find her confidence again.

This weekend, she stepped back into comp mode for her second event of the season—her first with Coach Josh @shua80 who has been so instrumental in helping Harlow settle back into a good rhythm with skating. Her nerves were the calmest we’ve ever seen, she felt confident, and skated her program nice and strong from start to finish 👏.

Through all the changes this season, Harlow kept showing up, kept working, and kept finding her way back to the skater she loves being… And that is the biggest win of all. ⛸️✨

A Divisadero Love Story.

@bobaguys Hot Matcha Latte x @joseybakerbread Wonder Bread x ASMBLY HALL Workwear Vest.

Shopkeeper Ronnie B. supporting the neighborhood. Actually Josey is out supporting the neighborhood giving out free bread when we should be supporting him and @themillsf! Stay resilient and ya’ll will be back on your feet in no time!

If you’re local swing by the shop for that unique piece for yourself or friend, and I’ll share some bread with ya (if Ron doesn’t eat it all first)!

Teamwork definitely makes the dream work ❤️
“National Theatre on Ice Silver Medalist winners” for @harlowsloaneb and her SF Ice Theatre team 🥈~ out of a record-breaking 19 teams👏. What an incredible way to finish the season after months of hard work, commitment, and heart from every single skater ✨💕.

We’ve learned that figure skating can be an isolating, individual sport, which is why this Ice Theatre team has been such a gift for Harlow 🙏. She absolutely loves her SFIT teammates and looks forward to every practice just to be with them. Watching those friendships grow- from rink days and out of town performances to an unforgettable week together at Nationals, has been one of the best parts of this season 🥰. The friendships she’s formed and memories they’ve made together are something she’ll carry with her forever 🌈…And Bravo to that amazing teamwork 💫~ from the beginning of the season to the very last second of that heart-stopping performance, a well-deserved W 🥳👏!

And to my fellow SFIT moms & dads🥰~ I am already going thru withdrawals of our weekly Starbucks dates, rink chats, costume-making dates, cheers, tears and edge-of-our-seats wins 🙌… you’ve made this journey just as special for me ❤️! @korihayashi @knakahara5

Our end of year play @sanfranciscodayschool was the coolest mashup of Broadway musicals 🎶✨. I got to sing and dance in a few diff parts, but my fave was playing “Little Ti Moune” from the musical Once on This Island 🌴… that’s me in the middle with the white headband on 😌. Sharing my little bit, bc I think I’m getting bitten by the Theater bug 🎭🐞!

Harlow’s first competition of the season! 🙌🏽⛸️

What a journey this season has already been… Up until a few days ago, Harlow didn’t even want to compete. Was she ready? Not really—at least not mentally. And this fun and beautiful program had to take a back seat over the past few weeks as she navigated some major changes and transitions. After a much-needed reset, Harlow slowly began rediscovering why she loved skating ❤️.

This past week, we started to see her spark return. For the first time in a long time, Harlow was finding her happiness again in this sport—excited to learn, skating with less fear, and growing in confidence.

This weekend was about so much more than placements or scores. It represented healing, resilience, and the decision to believe in herself again. And through it all, she shined on the ice and delivered an amazing skate👏🏽

We are so proud of her strength and courage, and so excited to watch Harlow step into this new chapter… ✨

Thank you to family and friends who came out to support Harlow this weekend! … 👉🏽 to see her gettin GrOoVy!
