2026 USAPL Raw Nats Recap! It was definitely not my best prep mentally and I did not compete to my full potential but I’m still happy with how it all played out. Somehow managed to make weight and still hit a little 5kg PR on my total. Sorry @cam.cavanaugh for what you had to endure during this prep with me being very unmotivated, traveling & my attitude 🤣 Anyway- I’m excited to do better the next time around & hopefully by then I’ll get my deadlift back. Not ideal to be figuring out how to deadlift the week before nationals 🫠 Overall, it was such a great experience & had so much fun in the Windy City! 🏙️ Squat: 147.5 kg/ 325 lbs Bench: 80 kg/ 176 lbs Deadlift: 172.5 kg/ 380 lbs 8/9 400 kg total

1st place 🥇 at Empire Classic (100 kg open) Squat: 215 kg (474 lbs) - 19 lb PR Bench: 125 kg (275 lbs) - 11 lb comp PB Deadlift: 250 kg (519 lbs) - tied comp PB Total: 580 kg (1279 lbs) - 39 lb total PR My main goal coming into this meet was to try to total 1300 lbs. Went 8/9 and missed it on my last deadlift (250 kg got stuck at my knees). Not going to lie, I was pretty disappointed at first, but overall it was such a fun day and I’m thankful to be able to increase my total and hit a solid PR on squat with more in the tank. The 1st place was a nice surprise too. Best part of the day was having my wife and kids there to watch ❤️ Your support means the world. Thanks also to @cam.cavanaugh for all your hard work and encouragement to keep improving and put intent into everything we do. You’re the best @509.power . Also shout out to the best spotting crew today for all the hype on the platform. @jordan_n8te @jacked.swolivan @pnwpowerlifting13 And can’t forget my favorite ref @mattysac. THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT HAPPEN! Huge thank you to our staff, referees, and the spotters & loaders for giving up their Saturday- especially on Valentine’s Day. We know that’s a sacrifice, and we appreciate every one of them for doing that for the lifters, for us, and for the sport. This was by far the BEST spotting & loading crew we’ve ever had. Catching 800+ lbs ain’t easy- but these five made it look effortless 😵 They moved FAST, kept the energy high, and most importantly, kept every single lifter safe. Shoutout @wes.the.tank @justahipster1 @hustle_n_motiv8 @jacked.swolivan @patiole_55 ‼️ Lastly, thank you to every lifter who stepped on the platform at the Evergreen State Showdown.
