The first world hoop day I celebrated was 08/08/08…I had only started hooping a few months before and I had no idea how transformative my hoop journey would become… From age 20-39 the hoop has been by my side. Through all the seasons of my life, it holds space for me. Within the hoop I’ve found peace, joy, awe, presence, and bliss! It’s been a way to transmute my rage and frustration and sadness. To feel it and heal it. Hooping is alchemy. If you’ve been hooping for a while, I’d love to know when you got started and what hooping has meant to you! 🤔👇 And if you’ve been curious to try, I invite you to give it chance and see what might unfold! Not only is hooping a fun practice, but it brings you home to yourself in a way thats hard to describe, and connects you with a worldwide community of beautiful souls who just “get it”. I’m so grateful I found the hoop when I did, and I’m so excited for you to experience it’s infinite magick ⭕️🙌⭕️ . . . #worldhoopday #hoopersofig #hooplife #hooplove #flowarts

The commentary was too cute 🥹 I had to keep it! …he saw me trying to film myself on a tripod in front of the sun alter we helped create at @fahrenheitflowarts festival last weekend…and he stepped in to get even better footage. Thank you my love @im_a_fire_watch_me_burn 🥰 . . We had an amazing time decorating this altar and the stage at the Fahrenheit revival festival. We had such a great team! More on that later…but for now, enjoy the sweetness and my mind bending moves with the maghoops 😜🥰❤️‍🔥🔮✨🙌 . . . #maghoops #hoopersofig #flowart #flowartist #illusion

The vibes in the burn circle @fahrenheitflowarts festival were immaculate last weekend! 🔥🔮🔥 it was such a joy to share the space between the mountains with so many wonderful fiery souls! I felt inspired to burn a little more often then usual at this one, and it was the perfect last days of summer festival for me! I have a lot more to say, but the words will come later - for now enjoy this high energy hoop burn! 🔥 . . . #firehoop #hulahoop #flowart #firedancer #hoopersofig

Ever wonder what the process looks like to take ordinary fabric and turn it into large scale festival decorations? 👀 Take a peek into our journey of creating and collaborating at @domefestofficial in WV this August! These kinds of projects take a lot of time, planning, and energy - but it’s all so worth it to watch it come to life! Witnessing people enjoy the spaces we help create is really one of my favorite ways to share art! It’s immersive and helps them escape the mundane and feel like they’ve been transported to another dimension thats a bit more magickal - and where anything’s possible! The bands that graced the stages we decorated were amazing, and it was so fun to watch the full spectacle and vibes we all created together! Always grateful for these opportunities and the amazing friends we make along the way - can’t wait for more! Next up - we’re heading back to WV for @fahrenheitflowarts Festival ❤️‍🔥 Special thanks to my love and best partner in everything @im_a_fire_watch_me_burn ❤️‍🔥 And thank you to @lesliecanedaart and @pigeonsplaying for inviting us out for this project 🙌 . . . #fabricinstallation #installationart #festivaldecor #festivalvibes #domefest

Hooping and flow arts are really more about presence than performance…and honestly the best performances happen with the most presence. In my experience, I’ve found that the only way to tap into flow state is to be truly and completely present in the moment, in the movement. When I’m able to let go of judgement of myself and even awareness of others, and just allow the movement to take over and flow in the way it wants to - that’s when the magick happens. That’s when I am able to witness the music moving me, and anyone else who takes witness can feel the bliss I feel (I hope). When I’m able to freestyle instead of perform choreo, that’s when I can fully drop in and become completely in tune with my hoop. What does flow state feel like to you? Are you having trouble finding your way there? . . . #hooping #hoopersofig #flowarts #flowstate #flowartsmovement

This is one of my most unique design concepts. I’ve been creating reversible items including these sleeves, tube tops, leggings and more for many years! They can be time intensive and challenging to get smooth. I have thinned out my inventory and offerings nowadays, only offering the sleeves, and only in my Etsy shop at the moment, but they are available in multiple color combos! I really am proud of these creations 😍 what do you think? 💜 . . . #fyp #foryou #slitweave #festivalfashion #sewing

No matter how long it’s been, we can trust that we can all come together and lend our skills to create a fun show for the families at any event! This was a unique one where we had an epic backdrop of hot air balloons! They were blasting their flames in time with the music as we danced ❤️‍🔥 Always a blast working with Cosmic Karma Fire 🔥🙌🔮 #flowarts #firedancers #hotairballoons #giglife #entertainer @cosmicgreglee @cosmickarmafire @even_in_marcadia @_luna_hawks .
