"You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. Each of us must work for his own improvement & at the same time, share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful"
– Marie Curie

Last Saturday, School Of Ultimate Learning (SOUL) designed & delivered our first client Corporate Social Responsibility event for 2023 and helped Trip.com bring a world of education and fun to the children at Woori Jib through unique art engagement activities and learning games such as Dream Destination; It was wonderful seeing the children express their creativity as they imagined fascinating places around the globe.

If your company is looking to organize a CSR initiative that engages and inspires your employees while leaving a positive impact to our local community, feel free to contact our team at SOUL Events & Training at ask.sotwa@gmail.com

Thank you Trip.com for the opportunity last weekend!

@schoolofultimatelearning Managing Director & Lead Trainer, @annosman ,presented a keynote on developing resilience & turning adversities into opportunities with more than 1700 AIA insurance leaders and agents today. Check out the key takeaway below⤵️
#repost from @annosman

"Where the head goes, the body follows"

Taking a wrestling/sub grappling principle into real life context - our thoughts, our beliefs shapes our behaviour, the way we act, the words we say and the way we respond to challenges .
Honored to be given the opportunity to share my story and insights in developing resilience and turning adversities into opportunities with 1700+ AIA insurance leaders and agents this morning.

One of the key takeaway was being mindful of the words we say to ourselves especially when faced with setback. Our perspective of a situation matters in the way we respond to it. We may not have control over the way a situation turned out but we do have control over the way we view it - approaching these setbacks with curiosity, asking questions like "What is this teaching me?" allows us to gain insight and move forward from the situation.

Thank you Michael @thrivingtalents and AIA Premier Academy for the opportunity today and thank you AIA leaders and agents for tuning in to the LIVE event this morning.
