Sometimes the trainer needs a trainer, too 💪🏽🤍

I help others show up for themselves, but I need that same accountability sometimes! Training with Rachel @bodiedbybrachel pushes me outside my comfort zone while helping me grow as both a client and an assistant trainer.

Working toward my own goals, keeping the muscle I’ve built, and always making room to learn. Even the person cheering everybody else on needs someone in their corner. 🫶🏽

Who gives you that extra push when motivation isn’t enough? 👇🏽

Back day has officially become one of my favorites. 😮‍💨💪🏽
Just documenting the work until the results speak for themselves.

BACK DAY — save & try it 🏋🏽‍♀️

✦ Assisted Pull-Ups — 4 × 6–10
✦ Chest-Supported DB Rows — 4 × 8–10
✦ Half-Kneeling Single-Arm Lat Pulldowns — 4 × 10 each side
✦ Single-Arm Cable Lateral Raises — 3 × 12 each side
✦ Reverse Pec Deck — 3 × 12–15
✦ Rope Face Pulls — 3 × 12–15

Building my back, getting stronger & staying consistent. 🤞🏽

building the athlete in me again. Not chasing skinny, I’m chasing strong, athletic & conditioned. 🏋🏽‍♀️ Just documenting the journey back to a version of me I haven’t met yet.

New month, new habits 💕

I know I’ve been gone and it’s because I haven’t been as consistent as I wanted to be but we are BACK. I gained some weight during summer and it’s time to get it off of me AGAIN!

This time I’m focusing more on my diet and mobility as well as cardio 3x a week MINIMUM. I’m coming for my abs again lol.

Installing my wig takes less time than deciding what I’m wearing 😂

One thing about a custom glueless unit… the convenience is unmatched. No glue, no appointment, no fighting with lace for 45 minutes 😭 just put her on, secure her, style her a little and GO.

And clearly I cannot make a tutorial without giving y’all a full personality episode in the process 😂

This is exactly why I love creating custom wigs, they’re made to give you the look of an install without having to actually get an install every time.

✨ Custom glueless wigs available
✨ Beginner-friendly
✨ Made & customized by me
✨ Designed to be Desired.

Would y’all actually wear a glueless wig every day? 👀

Stepping into a new level of artistry today ✨

I attended the Bellami 4-in-1 Extension Course and I’m genuinely so grateful I invested in this education.

Day one was focused on tape-ins + K-Tips, and I learned techniques that truly elevated how I approach luxury extension work.

Thank you @brushedbydanielle for being an incredible educator and creating such a supportive space to grow.
And seeing @realericvaughn in the room was such an inspiring reminder that there is always another level.

Hybrid extension installs coming soon… this is only part one 🤍

Discipline is attractive. I’m just doing the work.
But let’s be clear I workout for myself✨
