Betty White has arrived! This morning at roughly 4am little miss Betty decided that today is her day and has claimed it 100% She’s already spunky, vocal, and bold. She is full of enough bravery for a full sized mule, let alone a brand new baby. Lady adores her, and is already working harder than she thought she was going to keeping up with this sassy little girl. I am obsessed with her. She is already spoken for ❤️

Almost 5yrs ago, I left a corporate career with beauty products to bet on myself. My first business failed monetarily but taught me more than biz school ever could. While that business was failing and I was fighting depression & guilt, I started @buckingoodproducts behind the scenes. I thought the name was hilarious and couldn’t believe no one had it, so I made a logo representing me on my bucking horse 🤠. I used my own formulas that I’d been selling to my customers for years. I used packaging that was pretty & functional while keeping plastic out of landfills. I then pitched Buckin’ Good Products to a few local western stores in Los Angeles & they bought them! As months went by, I made small adjustments and then I launched the entire line to a wholesale platform with the help of a friend/mentor. Again, learning A LOT about scaling & margins. Buckin’ Good Products kicked off in 2023, but it had been in the making for years. Once again, I left a company that was no longer fulfilling me (this time my own) - I completely dissolved my first business and said goodbye to 3,000 customers to make another bet on myself. This time, I brought business ownership experience. If you look at the success of @buckingoodproducts , please don’t think it’s luck or happened over night, it is years of learning and adjusting. It is years of convincing myself that I could do it. And it is years of not quitting even when I could barely face my failures aka lessons.
