HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!! In what feels like a blink of an eye, we’re celebrating our two year anniversary today!! It’s amazing to see the growth and evolution of our team, concept and community in that time. Every single guest that has come through our doors has helped shape who we are today - so a huge THANK YOU to our team and everyone who’s shown support over the past two years. And if you haven’t been in recently, I’d highly encourage you to see how with each service that passes, we continue to push ourselves to be the best restaurant for our community!!

IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE: We’ve always enjoyed feeding you. Now we’d like to do it on your terms.

Starting this weekend, we’re offering a new á la carte experience — which is a fancy way of saying you can come in for exactly what you’re craving.

A drink and plate of pasta at the bar? Perfect.
A full night out that ends in too many desserts? Even better.

And for those who still love the full procession, prix fixe isn’t going anywhere. It’ll still be there when you want us to do the deciding.

The food is still fancy and fun, the room still glitters, and the cocktails remain unseriously serious. The only change is that you not longer have to commit to the whole shebang before you walk through the door.

We’re open Thursday through Sunday, with new dishes debuting this weekend.

Come as you are. Just wear pants.

I try to keep this page pretty light hearted; but this week has been rough. Like much of Nashville, I (along with several staff members) still don’t have power. I was lucky enough to have a restaurant with power and heat to cook a few meals and get some rest on the banquets (pictured above).

January is already a hard time for small businesses. My ask is that when the city thaws, be more deliberate about where you spend your money. Visit your local coffeeshop, bakeries, restaurants. Spend money with the people who are part of and support the community.

Nothing would make us happier than to serve all of yall this upcoming weekend. Tag a local business you love below to help spread the word.

And if anyone needs some heat or a charge - don’t hesitate to reach out.

✨ Brunch dreams at @butcherandbee

This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant that blends Middle Eastern, Israeli, and Southern influences is the one spot I always bring family and friends to, but a weekend brunch on their patio on a nice day is 💯 ✨

I went all in with the chef’s choice of dishes, the whipped feta with fermented honey (an absolute must), avocado crispy rice with that perfect crunch, Bubbie’s short stack drizzled with chocolate tahini maple (plus thyme ice cream and another dairy free scoop) and of course bacon on the side.

And because balance is key, a build your own hummus bowl with herbed falafel that was 👩‍🍳. 🧆💫

From dips to stacks, everything here delivers that Butcher & Bee magic, aka fresh and bright.

Feeling nostalgic this Sunday 🥲. It is WILD to think about how far this project has come since we first start working on it. The building, the team, the food, the experience - all of it has been a constant labor of love and pursuit of something truly special. I couldn’t be more proud of the restaurant we are today, and even with some speed bumps along the way - each day it’s getting better and better.
