Sad I’m missing out on Black Hills this year. Reminiscing of the good times last year. Made new friends and caught up with old ones 🥰
Thank you to @redskystreads for allowing me to dance her creations down the runway for @o_wang_waste_wahwayela_mani ‘25

What a day 💜

What a day of movement, medicine, and community at our Youth Field Day! 🌟⚡️

From sack races to the Granny Pants Toss, our youth and their school staff showed up running, laughing, and cheering each other on from start to finish.

A huge thank you to our community elder Perci Ami for joining us as our guest speaker and reminding us all that movement, connection, and community can carry us through hard times. 🙏

And none of this happens without the people behind the scenes, our incredible volunteers who ran stations, kept score, and made sure every team felt seen. Thank you for giving your time and your heart to our youth.

To our sponsors: Phoenix Suns & Mercury Gaming Foundation, Allstate, and Willmeng, thank you for believing in our mission and helping make this day possible. Your support means our kids get to run, play, and grow together.

Mission Movement 🌱 Grateful for every hand that helped make this Field Day one to remember.

Attended the Sol Summit Cultural Health & Wellness Experience today, hosted by Matriarch Mixer and AmorAmigas. 🧡 @matriarchmixer @indigenous.cc @cityofhopeaz @tgenresearch

Gathering with these incredible women truly fills my cup. I always leave inspired by the work these ladies are doing to support one another, strengthen our Indigenous communities, and create healthier futures for the generations coming behind us.

And watching my daughter at the center of this work makes me incredibly proud. ❤️ Seeing the next generation lead, serve, create space, and pour into community is powerful.

Today was also a beautiful reminder to keep leaning into your community. Support Indigenous businesses. Shop local. Build others up. Accept the compliment. Give people your best. Take time to heal. Focus on your health. Get your screenings. Pause before responding. Slow down enough to enjoy the people in your circle.

And remember… you deserve the same love, care, grace, and energy that you so freely pour into everyone else.

Indigenous wellness is community wellness. Our sisterhood is medicine. We are medicine. ✨🪶

📸✨ A LITTLE SIDE QUEST IN SANTA FE

Between the shows, runways, and a whole lot of moving parts, we squeezed in a little photo shoot with two impactful matriarchs who helped make it all happen... @melguerrer0 NGT Fashion Program and our Keeper of the Mic @jilliankris 🔥

Sporting some amazing pieces from our collaborations with @eighthgeneration and @newmexicoutd, including a United T-shirt designed by @quwutsunmade. Style, community, and a little Santa Fe magic. 🪶⚡️

What an epic week. ❤️

Big love to @n8vfilm for catching these moments and highlighting their stories.

Had a great weekend at Indian Market this year!
.
We hosted another successful Matriarch Mixer at @bowandarrowbrewing, trivia night was a hit and the panel of women were amazing with all of their shared knowledge and experiences.
.
I was honored to be able to help a good friend of mine @arlalucia in her booth. She sold out by noon the first day!! Wow!!! Congrats to her! It is awesome to see her work be received in community with so much admiration. 💜
.
Until next year 💜💜
