I started doing Lagree in January of this year. During my first class, I remember feeling so out of shape lol. Didn’t think I was cutout for this kind of workout. Welp, here I am, ~15 classes later though 💪🏽 still showing up! Ready to hit 100+ classes 🤓 Thanks @lfbastudios and @lagreemasterkat for an amazing first class back in January. All instructors I’ve had so far have been 💯🤩 Now, who wants to try lagree with me?!

Soft launch? Never heard of her, allow me to introduce yall to the @thebayareawellnesscollective 💖✨ Kat & I really dreamed this up then real lifed it over a span of 12 weeks (yes we know yall think we’re crazy lol). Sitting in a lot of gratitude bc this wouldn’t have been possible without our Collective Crew, the sweetest clients turned friends who believed in the brand before we shared any of the details + lots of hard work + prayers. You all make it worth while & can’t wait to see you all at the next one. To the brands that helped make this all possible, all our flowers + love to you on this collaboration: The big sister: @lfbastudios Venue: @springline Fitness Trainers: @bojtrebla + @lauren_land_ Video + Photo: @markcayabyab_ks Catering: @busog.ba @the.good.salad Vibes: @the.illyst Photobooth: @mamarket.ko Gifting: @sweetjulyskin Matcha cinnamon rolls: @macarondejayne Protein treats: @davidbars__ @hormbles Hydration: @slatemilk @pressedjuicery @drinkwildwonder @boxedwater Vitamin Injections: @sancarlosivbar Ear seeds: @californiamobileacupuncture Fave shooter: @creatvegeno To the best Brand Partners for our giveaways: @whocaresrunclub @therabody @apple @byava @theouai @numiorganictea @masa_chips @sweetjulyskin

A lot can happen in one year and what a privilege it’s all been to be in pursuit of doing it all — a corporate girly with many side quests. 🙂‍↔️ A year ago, I had just met @amartwhocares and was at a concert with @alyssanikki showing her an offer I received from @lagreemasterkat. The parallels are crazy but thinking about it today reminds me that it ✨was all meant to be.✨ Thankful for these three (they outwork every room they’re in) and yet still listen to my crazy biz ideas, understand my vision and brain through every event process, and get to hear me yap like I run a podcast with my voice memos. From retiring from weddings (I meet my quota of one a year) to LFBA studios, to WCRC events, and brand partnerships I couldn’t have dreamed up if I tried. Grateful for this little life and elated for the last 6 months of 2025, lots of fun things otw! 🤭👀 📷 — my faves @__jsquared x @creatvegeno x @michellecantillophoto

Gratitude Post 💫 & #photodump Seeing clients who show up consistently and stay committed to their health and wellness journey is truly inspiring! Teaching @lagreeoahu fills my heart, and I am grateful for a passionate wahine leader/boss, supportive management, amazing MT @lagreemasterkat , and a lovely LO community 🩷 To my friends and clients who show up every week (in studio, @lagreeondemand , or at my @youtube channel)—watching you grow stronger, seeing your positive changes, and witnessing you bring your family and friends to share the experience all mean the world to me. Your dedication and support are the reason I love teaching and continue doing so ✨ The @lagreefitness helped me get through grad school, taught me that discipline gets results, showed me that prioritizing health is worth it, and kept me from getting too chubs! 😜 Thanks to everyone for being a part of my health and wellness journey! These are just some of the photos I have been storing/hoarding in cloud (: . . . . . #healthiswealth #lagreefitness #movementismedicine #luckyweliveinhawaii
