I had the opportunity to attend the Training of Trainers (TOT) Graduation Ceremony for the Going Beyond Project, implemented by @digitalopptrust in partnership with @songambele_initiative Kilimanjaro.
The young leaders spent 10 amazing days learning, growing, and gaining valuable skills. They have now successfully completed the training and are ready to go out into their communities to provide digital business and entrepreneurship education to other young people.
Wishing them all the very best in the implementation of Phase Three of the project for 2026/27.
May they continue to inspire, empower, and create positive impact in their communities.

Our ongoing Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027 ToT Session was inspired by a visit from Laureen Thiam (@laureenthiam), a former Youth Leader from the Going Beyond Project Round 2 under @songambele_initiative

Laureen joined the session to share her journey, experiences, lessons, and mentorship with the new cohort of Youth Leaders who are preparing to create impact in their own communities

Her story is a true reflection of how the Going Beyond Project continues to empower young people, build confidence, strengthen leadership, and create a cycle of youth supporting youth for sustainable community transformation.
