Let’s Talk Facts!
🥇Pro Men’s Physique ( I’m a world champion, so I know what it takes to get back to the top of my game) Thank You coach @hardbodybyjtimo
🥇Best of The Best Poser ( I have an elite physique and I know how to showcase it) Thank You! @posing_queen_ and @tnec_schoolofposing
1st NFF Organization Debut Show! ( I have competed in five different organizations, I know how to study, and adapt) Thank You @naturalfitforlife
1st Self Hand Tanning ( I may be a veteran in the sport and was still new to this. @letdoctortfixit came with me to Dallas and applied an amazing tan and also a good pump up. I honestly wouldn’t have trusted anyone else.
Special thanks to @spacecitygym @spacecityfitclub my two gyms and the overwhelming support from staff to members and of course my clients and friends.
Thank you God for blessing me and the team with the safety, ability and knowledge to get to Dallas @nfftexasclassic and get the job done! Amen! 🙏🏾

Once again, a heartfelt shout out to @laz_thepersonaltrainer for the stellar performance at the @nfftexasclassic, bringing home 1st place in pro men’s physique and the best poser award sponsored by @thenoexcusecrew. Your dedication and hard work truly stood out🔥🔥🔥

Let’s talk about the “other person” in the picture @letdoctortfixit. What many might not realize is that I had the honor of coaching Angelica back in 2020, when she earned her figure pro card at the @legacy_classic. Since then, she has made an incredible mark in the figure pro ranks, accumulating numerous championships, including the prestigious 2023 NGA Ms. Universe title. I’m profoundly grateful to have her assist me in coaching Laz in Dallas while I judged a show in San Antonio. These full-circle moments are truly heartwarming and a joy to share. 💯💯

This PT session with @letdoctortfixit was SO GOOD and NEEDED.

She had me perform a series of movements and diagnosed the issue with my hip muscle(s). She worked on it and I feel 10x better.

Of course 1 session isn't enough so now we have to put together my new PT schedule to ensure an upward trend of performance ✅

Can't wait for my next session 💪🏾
