Have you tried the chair yet? 👀

The Pilates chair uses a spring-loaded pedal to provide resistance and support through a range of seated, standing and lying exercises.

At Éterna, our Reformer & Apparatus group classes incorporate the chair, reformer and Pilates arc—giving you the chance to experience true Pilates. 🤍

MEET YOUR ÉTERNA COACHES 🤝

Hi, I’m Jenna!!
Founder of Éterna, a personal trainer certified through Canfitpro, and a Balanced Body Pilates instructor. My background in figure skating and many years of coaching shape the way I teach.

I believe Pilates and strength training can coexist because each offers something the other doesn’t. In my Pilates classes, you can expect clear instruction, intentional movement, and a challenge that meets you where you are.

I teach group Pilates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. I’m also available for private and semi-private sessions and personalized strength training programs.

-Jenna 🤍

Hi, I’m Angela!!
I received my training through STOTT Pilates in Ottawa. I also have a background in personal training, specifically in strength and conditioning.

What can you expect from my classes? Movement with intention, built on real strength. My goal is for you to get every benefit that pilates has to offer, not just a good sweat.

As a nurse of 8+ years, I combine detailed assessment with clear instruction to help you reach your goals. I pay close attention to how your body moves, where you are compensating, and what you need that day. You will leave my sessions feeling seen, but also challenged.

- Angela 🤍
