To know me is to know that I’ve always been the shyest, most reserved person. I’ve spent so much of my life hiding, doubting myself, and wondering if I was ever enough. So yesterday was never just about stepping on a stage. It was about finally letting myself be seen.

I walked onto that stage carrying every insecurity, every hard day, every tear, and every moment I questioned whether I could do this. Then the lights came on, the music started, and somehow all of it disappeared. For those few minutes, I wasn’t worried about how I looked or what anyone thought of me. I felt confident. I felt proud. I felt free. I owned that stage like it was my own.

The outcome wasn’t what I really wanted, and I’d be lying if I said that didn’t hurt. But when I look at the girl who started this journey, I know she would be so proud of the girl who stood on that stage yesterday. She kept going, even when she doubted herself.

It’s crazy how quickly it all went by. All the cardio, the tears, the sacrifices, and all the moments I wondered if it would ever be worth it somehow became a few minutes on that stage.

And then I looked into the crowd and saw my people. 🥹 The people who saw the tears, the doubt, the exhaustion, and every moment I wanted to quit. The people who believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Seeing them there, watching me do something that once felt so far outside of who I was, meant more than any trophy ever could.

Yesterday, I proved something to myself that I needed to hear for a very long time.

And a huge thank you to my coach @bailbrownfit for seeing something in me that I couldn’t always see in myself. For showing up yesterday and cheering so loud.🤍

I didn’t leave with the outcome I dreamed of, but I left with something I’ll carry forever. I found a version of myself I’ve been trying to find for a very long time.

And I’m never letting her hide again.

I’ll be back. 🤍

I’ve got my girls, and that’s all I need.

Some I’ve known for 18 years. Some I met in my hardest seasons. All of them showed up exactly when I needed them most.

There’s something really powerful about having women in your life who stay through every version of you the growing, the breaking, the rebuilding, and everything in between.

I don’t think I say it enough, but I’m really grateful. Not everyone gets this kind of love and support through life’s different chapters, and I don’t take it lightly.

Find your people. The ones who stay. That changes everything.

Love my girls ❤️

A strong team isn’t built by numbers. It’s built by loyalty.

The ones who were there before the momentum, before the recognition, and before anyone was watching.

The day ones know the vision.
They know the work it took to get here.
And they’re the ones that matter.

The circle stays small. The team stays strong.

The butterfly effect is crazy.

Sometimes the thing you’re upset about today is the exact thing that’s leading you to the people, opportunities, and experiences meant for you.

A gym switch turned into one of my closest friendships, a team I’m proud to be part of, and memories I’ll carry forever.

Funny how life works when you stop looking back and start trusting where you’re being led. 🤍
