Cooking this amazing T-Bone from @grillhouse.usa 🥩 I’m doing a reverse sear… so I’m cooking it low and slow until it reaches an internal temp of about 110° then let it rest for about 20 minutes (depending on how thick/big your steak is) then sear it on a hot grill (you can use a pan too). Let it rest before you slice.

I used Blue Fenugreek from @the__sook - you can get it in LA @maydanmarket - @roseprevite ‘s amazing must-visit spot. You can use your favorite seasoning.

One bite of this tlayuda and I stopped talking 🫓🔥

@ponchostlayudas moved into @maydanmarket in West Adams and now goes by @lugyah_la. Every tlayuda goes over mesquite fire until it blisters and turns crisp, then gets loaded up at the counter. Big enough to share. I didn’t.

What we ordered:
🫓 Tlayuda, 2 meats: tasajo + moronga

🌯 Breakfast Burrito with seasonal greens
