Australia's first WELL Certified™ hospital, new Footscray Hospital, has achieved a Gold rating under the WELL Core building standard, setting a new benchmark for health and wellbeing in Australian healthcare infrastructure.

As one of only 15 hospitals globally to achieve WELL Core Gold Certification, the project demonstrates how health, wellbeing and environmental performance can be embedded throughout the healthcare experience.

Designed by BLP and Cox Architecture, the $1.5 billion facility places wellbeing at its core, featuring more than 20,000sqm of landscaped spaces, terraces, green roofs and courtyards, alongside over 320 trees, 59,000 plants and access to natural daylight.

We're proud to have contributed to a project helping shape the future of healthcare design in Australia through a holistic approach to health, wellbeing and sustainability.

The gold ceremonial shovels may be back in storage following our Ground Breaking event, but the excitement and momentum of this milestone continues.

We’re delighted to share highlights from the AURA Groundbreaking Ceremony, a memorable morning that marked the official commencement of construction for AURA at Melbourne Square, the landmark 67-storey tower that will become the gateway to our thriving Southbank precinct.

It was a privilege to celebrate this occasion alongside our valued joint venture partner EPF, our builder partner @multiplexconstruction__au, our consultants, project partners, financial partners, and the many stakeholders whose expertise, collaboration and support have helped bring AURA to life.
To everyone who attended, thank you for helping make this milestone so special. Your presence was a reminder that projects of this scale are never the result of one organisation alone, but of a shared vision and the collective efforts of many talented people.

As construction gets underway, we look forward to the next chapter and to seeing AURA rise as part of the continuing evolution of Melbourne Square and the Southbank community.

Saturday starts with laps in the pool before the sun gets too high. By midday, the family pool and cabanas are where everyone ends up. Sunday is slower - the yoga studio to yourself, then the indoor mineral pool, the sauna, and the gym before the day properly begins. None of it requires a car, a booking, or leaving the building.

That’s daily life at Palmera Residences on Garfield Terrace in Northcliffe - @centralequity’s Surfers Paradise address, 60 metres from the sand, with the Gold Coast Oceanway at the front door connecting residents from Burleigh Heads to The Spit.

The developer has delivered more than 87 developments worth over $8 billion since 1987. That track record is part of what you’re buying into.

Three-bedroom residences from $2,490,000. Completion 2029.
