Align Within had a little corner at @alphacollegepk this World Mental Health Day.

Our Gratitude Garden was a reminder to take a little something with you a moment of reflection, a thing to be grateful for, or simply a reminder to appreciate the little things.

A little gratitude to carry with you, long after the day ends.

Sometimes, we think we’ve moved on, but a memory, a reaction, or an old pattern reminds us that some experiences stay with us in ways we don’t always notice.
How We Carry What Happens to Us: A Trauma-Informed Perspective is a World Mental Health Day webinar by CalmNest PK x Align Within, exploring how difficult experiences can shape the ways we think, feel, respond, and relate including patterns of rumination, blame, avoidance, suppression, and more.

Rather than judging these patterns, this session invites us to understand them with greater awareness and compassion and to explore what it means to carry our experiences differently.
Because moving forward can begin with understanding what we’ve been carrying.
