Leadership is about bringing people together and doing the work to move a vision forward. This next chapter for Chicago Public Schools will require collaboration, accountability, and a relentless focus on the students and families we serve.

I’m grateful to have served alongside Dr. Che ‘Rhymefest’ Smith on the Chicago Board of Education and even more grateful for his trust in my leadership.

He’s currently representing District 10A on the #ChicagoElectedSchoolBoard. He’s running for re-election.
Here he speaks on some of the challenges that families in his district face that motivate them to leave CPS and the city. #Chicago #elections
