W2D1 another good leg day!! Took it a lil lighter this week so we can sent it next week. Proly a good thing cuz this body is feeling really peaky 😂😂😂. Haven't done doubles in a long time but last PR was 572. Was supposed to do 601 this week but I didn't wanna math so I did 606x2x2. So technically a 34lb rep PR 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😂😂. Followed by some belt squats. Which apperantly we didnt hit depth on 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️. We 3 weeks out!!! Will this body provide 1800 or fall apart before. We shall see 😂😂😂😂. @headstrong_men @ryanstills_powerlifter @bumblebee.thick @wcstrength.keizer

W1D2 another amazing day!! Body is producing and we are pushing. Top set of deads at 660x2(10lb PR) followed by some drops at 485,528x2. And we followed that through with a bench PR and did it twice at 375x2x2(10lb PR). Capping it off with some slingy "1 board" at 419x5 for last set. Full 🔥🔥🔥🔥. @headstrong_men @ryanstills_powerlifter @bumblebee.thick #fatandtired #pushallthelimits #powerlifting #chasing1800 #allgasnobrakes

Of course couldn't of done any of it without my better half @bumblebee.thick there next to me as usual. And @ryanstills_powerlifter leading the way. Even tho I did exactly what I wasn't supposed to do lol. But this is exactly what the brain needed. The fire is on full blast now!! 4 weeks out!!! @headstrong_men

W3D1 Big win for the brain today!! Broke through a huge mental and physical barrier. I wanted/needed 600 for reps. And we did it. 601ishx4. After 550. Scared af but felt so good. Followed by a mid sesh adjustment from @bumblebee.thick . And we capped it off with a 6lb rep PR on titties. With 368x4. Peak is coming along so good. We 6 days out from the fun meet and 5 weeks out till I get to share the platform with @ayalastrength and @movewithkubo . @headstrong_men @ryanstills_powerlifter #fatandtired #pushallthelimits #powerlifting #chasing1800 #allgasnobrakes

W2D3. We put some work in today. Body is beat up but we still here. 505x4x2 on top sets of pins. Dropped pin for second set. Cuz i wasn't happy with the depth. Followed that limit with the deficit deads at 507x6 for top. Then some titty work with 120sx10 on DB. And 315x6 on incline. Now to rest and get ready for squats Sunday!! 8 days out from the fun one!! @headstrong_men @ryanstills_powerlifter @bumblebee.thick @wcstrength.keizer

Squat doubles 460 | good morning 8’s 250 | bench 4’s (still tendonitis but better) 265. Still vegan for the animals, for the earth, for humanity. Total liberation until every cage is empty.
