2019 - 2026 🏋🏽‍♀️ Stacie in it for the longhaul!

205lbs - 154lbs 👏🏾

For anyone who worries about how long the journey takes.......what does it matter?

Time is going to carry on regardless, so why not goal to being a better, healthier, fitter version of yourself daily, weekly, monthly, yearly 💪🏽🙌🏽

"Cried my eyes out when Sam took those first photos, so ashamed of how I’d let myself go.

I got on the wagon & fall off too many times but getting back on again & again just starts to get a bit easier each time.

Thanks to Sam for being a constant person I can reach out to for meal plans, PTing, advice & always always always the hard truths (I never want to hear but always need to).

No matter the other coaches I’ve gone with I always come back to Sam, it just works.

😘🫶🏻 xx" - Stacie

Amazing work hun!
You have turned your life around for the better & continue to still improve ❤️ xx

Wednesday inspo 💪🏽

My Online Client Carol has done an amazing job so far shedding off 10% of her starting body mass in 16 weeks!

Thats 16lbs & 14inches off her mid section!!!

An overhaul of lifestyle, eating real foods often & regular strengh training has made this all possible ❤️

She started some PT sessions with me partway through to get more education on best trainibg practices etc 🏋🏽‍♀️

We have addapted to suit her day & night shift patterns, plus looking after her little girl.

This is just the begining, i cannot wait to see what the next 10 weeks look like 😊 xx

🌈 Lady ❤️
1 June 2011 - 30 septembre 2026 My heart is shattered into a billion pieces. 💔 A part of my heart went with you, my darling baby girl, and I know it will never be whole again. You took your last breath in my arms, in the comfort of our home, surrounded by our family of five for the very last time. 👫🏽🐶🐶🐶
I have never felt pain like this. I have dreaded this day ever since I first brought you into my life. My entire body hurts, but I know I would go through this heartbreak all over again if it meant you no longer had to suffer.
Thank you for giving me over 15 years of the purest joy, while also being the biggest pain in my arse! You were truly one of a kind, with the biggest personality. 🤎It has been heartbreaking watching your light grow dimmer over the past few months. I would have given anything to hear you bark like crazy, demanding endless carrots and treats. But that part of you wasn't coming back, no matter what we did. So we made sure you could still enjoy life, your adventures and all the things you loved, until you let us know it was time to say goodbye, my angel. 🪽
You have been my constant through every challenge and change in my life. I thank my 22-year-old self for choosing you to be my first fur baby… or maybe you chose me to be your mum. ❤️ Either way, I no longer know how to navigate life without you, because I have never had to before.
My shadow. My sidekick. My soul dog. My best friend. The boss of the house. The best big sister. My beautiful baby girl.
Fifteen years flew by, and it still wasn't enough. Even an eternity would have been too short.
I will love you forever and always, my LadyBug. 🐞 Not a day will go by that I won't think of you or search through my camera roll for the millions of photos and videos I have of you.
My heartbreak may never disappear, but neither will the years of beautiful memories we made together. And for that, I will always be grateful. 🥰
Sleep tight, my gorgeous Lady.🤍
Forever loved. Forever remembered.
