Over the years I have baffled many people with how much I struggle to do hand stand push ups. Which has also lead to long periods of me feeling honestly slightly embarossed and avoiding them aaand to no one’s surprise, not getting any better at them 🥹. I would say watch this space but maybe everyone look away for a while until I figure out how to stop looking like a starfish. (lol, starr-fish? @starr_strength ) It’s a work in progress 💁‍♀️ #crossfit #gym #hspu #adaptive

You don’t have to be where you used to be. You just have to be willing to start where you are. 💪

Maybe you used to train regularly. Maybe life got busy, work took over, the kids came along or your own health slowly slipped down the priority list.

And somewhere along the way, you stopped doing the things that made you feel like YOU.

At CFCV, you’ll find people at all different stages of their fitness journey.

This partner workout:

5000m on the rower, shared anyhow

12 single dumbbell overhead walking lunges every time you stepped off.

Different abilities. Different weights. Different approaches. Everyone working towards the same thing: becoming a little stronger than they were yesterday.

You don’t need to be the fittest bloke in the room. You don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

You just need to give yourself the chance to get back to it.

Good training. Good people. A reason to keep showing up.

You haven’t missed your chance to become stronger. Your next chapter starts with showing up.
