This week felt a little discouraging, and comparison has been hard. 🖊️🤍 But I keep reminding myself that everyone I admire started somewhere, too.

This week was all about practicing line work, slowing my hand down, and focusing on creating clean, controlled results. Progress takes patience, and I’m learning to give myself grace as I go. It’s a process, and that’s okay. 🫶🏼

A little reminder that growth doesn’t happen overnight. 🖤

I’ve been putting in the work to try new techniques, learn different styles, and push myself outside of what feels comfortable. And honestly, the biggest game changer for me has been practice + consistency.

Showing up even when the line isn’t perfect. Trying again when something doesn’t go how I pictured it. Learning from every single piece and slowly building confidence along the way.

Still learning. Still experimenting. Still very much a work in progress. But I’m proud of the progress. 🥹🖊️

Just gonna keep showing up and getting better. One tattoo at a time. 🖤

A little glimpse into what chasing this dream actually looks like- learning new techniques, mastering my set up, practicing on a friend, and becoming more comfortable with my machine every time I pick it up.
