What happens when we pause long enough to notice the patterns shaping our lives?

On September 18 at Fabric, we came together for Accessible Mind—a room full of honest reflection, curiosity, and people willing to experience something new. Thank you to everyone who brought their openness and energy. 🤍

If you felt something shift that evening, keep exploring it. And if you missed us, I’d love to welcome you next time.

Join us on October 9 or November 2. You can find the event links on Luma, and learn more about our upcoming Accessible Mind cohorts through Kuderska Institute. Links in bio and in the website kuderskainstitute.com

Why do you still want someone who didn’t choose you?

Rejection doesn’t always hurt because of what just happened.

Sometimes, it touches something much older.

Our response to rejection can be deeply connected to subconscious patterns formed through childhood experiences—patterns around belonging, worthiness, love, success, and being chosen.

But a pattern is not a life sentence.

When we begin to recognize where these reactions come from, we can start unweaving the old pattern and consciously creating new associations, responses, and behaviors that support the life we actually want to build.

Rejection can become more than something we fear. It can become information. Growth. Redirection. And sometimes, the beginning of a much more powerful version of ourselves.

✨ What does rejection usually trigger in you?

Last night, something beautiful happened.

A room full of strangers came together with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore what might be possible beyond the stories we tell ourselves.

At The Accessible Mind™ Salon, we explored how our assumptions, beliefs, and unconscious patterns shape the way we experience our lives, relationships, careers, and potential.

What moved me most wasn’t what I shared.
It was what emerged in the room.
The courage to participate.
The willingness to be vulnerable.
The meaningful conversations.
The connections that formed between people who had never met before.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a thoughtful and inspiring evening.

This is exactly why I created Kuderska Institute: to build spaces where intellectually curious minds can connect, grow, and expand what they believe is possible.

✨ Curious Minds Cocktail Salon returns on July 27.
✨ Accessible Mind Salon Series returns on August 17.
