To my amazing husband and bae, Happy Birthday!

This year has been an incredible whirlwind of new adventures and challenges. I am so proud of how you stepped into your new position while still dedicating your heart to building our company. Your work ethic, resilience, and strength inspire me every single day.

From exploring the roots of your ancestors in Germany to navigating our busy daily lives, there is no one else I would rather have by my side. You are my rock, my best friend, and one of my greatest blessing. May this year bring you the success, peace, and joy you so deeply deserve. I love you more than words can say.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗕𝗔𝗘!

Add the stop to your #WOCSanDiego calendar: List + Beisler at Booth #3709!🌞

This weekend will be packed with amazing coffee. Dylan, our Quality Control Manager, will be leading the bar and pouring fresh crop coffees from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia. We are also delighted to welcome @theroasterie and @northshore_coffee, who will be taking over our Brew Bar on Saturday and Sunday! ☕️

Our team will be delighted to see you there—after all, that’s the best part: getting to connect with all of you and enjoy great coffee together. 🫶

See you in San Diego!

This episode, in English, with @thome.dylan was fun to do!

🎧 I’m a Barista, Now What? In this episode, we unpack on the most common realities in the coffee industry: what does long-term growth actually look like for Baristas?

The espresso machine might be where you start, but it doesn’t have to be where you stay!

In Spanish just turn on the cc translation!

Hope you enjoy it, we did! 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

We’re starting the year with something we’re genuinely proud to announce: Coffee Flock is now a @birdfriendlycoffee ®️ 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆®️?

Bird Friendly®️ is a certification developed by the 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. Coffees carrying this seal must come from certified organic farms and be 100% shade-grown, protecting habitats that support birds, biodiversity, and healthy ecosystems. It’s one of the most demanding environmental standards in coffee.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

Shade-grown, organic coffee helps preserve forests, protect migratory birds, and maintain biodiversity while improving soil health and farm resilience. These systems support not just coffee plants, but entire ecosystems — making coffee farming more sustainable for the long term.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵

At Coffee Flock, we believe coffee should give back as much as it takes. Becoming Bird Friendly®️ aligned naturally with our values: 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.

Our first Bird Friendly®️ coffees are set to arrive 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, and we’re excited to share them with you!
