Currently we are facing a hypersensitivity state

Where young men are being brainwashed into hatred, loneliness and addiction to attention

Focusing on our selfs is the only way forward but also being at peace and spreading love among us

Clear body clear mind clear soul

Dont be hateful and dont hate yourself keep going and you will succeed

I think all gyms should have a scratching post for that bit of your back you can never reach!

You can think it, but thoughts aren’t actions 🤷‍♀️⬇️

You have to do ACTION to seek change.
Thoughts keep you where you are.

Do something about them, if you want to better them 🫶

I’m not going to lie — I’ve struggled. But I refuse to stop showing up for myself.

💪 1.9kg up. 48.9kg.

And this week, I’m choosing accountability over excuses and progress over perfection.

I’m starting to see changes in the mirror, even on the days I don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere. The struggle is still very real. Some days eating feels like an effort, motivation is nowhere to be found, and training is the last thing I want to do.

But I’m still trying ☺️

I’m eating. I’m training. I’m turning up on the days I don’t feel like it. And I’m reminding myself that progress isn’t always about the number on the scales, sometimes it’s about keeping promises to yourself when life feels heavy.

7 weeks. 1.9kg up. Slowly getting stronger, slowly looking better, and most importantly… still showing up for myself. 🖤

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m not where I started either.
