🔥 EVERYONE WANTS SUCCESS… UNTIL THE HARD WORK COMES.

The long days. The late nights. The sacrifices. The moments nobody sees.

🚀 This weekend, we’re at @newscientistlive @excellondon London, showcasing @uoceanproject Heights of Possibility — bringing aviation, conservation and opportunity together to inspire the next generation.

✈️ We don’t just talk about dreams. We work relentlessly to help young people achieve them, regardless of their background.

🌍 Success isn’t given. It’s built. And changing lives is worth every sacrifice.

The Heights of Possibility starts here. 🚀

✈️ WHERE WILL YOUR JOURNEY TAKE YOU? 🌍

Your background should never determine your destination. Your circumstances should never define your potential.

At @uoceanproject - Heights of Possibility, we believe social mobility begins with opportunity. 🚀

Sometimes, all it takes is one experience, one person believing in you, or one moment of courage to change the direction of your life.

✨ Take the opportunity. Step outside your comfort zone. Dare to dream bigger.

Because the journey isn’t just about how far you go… it’s about who you become along the way.

🌍 So, where will YOUR journey take you?

✈️ WHEN AVIATION, AMBITION & PURPOSE COME TOGETHER! 🚀🌍

What an honour to be invited to the incredible Plane Pull event at @londonoxfordairport, supporting the @kingstrust Million Makers, celebrating its 20th year! 👏

A fantastic example of what happens when the aviation industry comes together to create opportunities, inspire young people and make a real difference.

A huge congratulations to Brenda and Sophie, the @uk.caa, and everyone involved in bringing this brilliant initiative to life.

We fully believe in giving opportunities to young people at our @uoceanproject x @aerosparx Heights of Possibility project and this fully aligns.

Special recognition to London Oxford Airport, @unifi @airbus @volare.aero , and supporting organisations including @aerobility, @dhlair, @theairleague, @leading.edge.aero, @rollsroycegroup @jetcoffee510 and @heliflight_uk 👏

🌍 For me, aviation is about so much more than flying. It’s about ambition, opportunity and changing lives.

Through Heights of Possibility (HOPE) programme, we’re bringing together conservation, aviation and ambition to inspire a generation of young people to rise beyond their circumstances.

🛩️ We’re working towards delivering hundreds of first-flight experiences, opening doors to aviation for young people who may never have imagined themselves in a cockpit.

🌱 Not simply inspiring future pilots. We’re developing pilots for conservation, future innovators, environmental leaders and young people who believe that their background should never determine their destination.

Events like this remind me personally just how powerful our aviation community can be when we unite behind a common purpose.

The future of aviation shouldn’t be defined by where you come from, but by how far you’re prepared to dream. 🚀

And believe me, with what we’re building through Heights of Possibility, we’re only just getting started! ✈️🌍

🌊🕉️ OUR WATERS ARE SACRED. LET’S KEEP THEM THAT WAY. 🙏💙

@uoceanproject | @uoceanleicester

In Hinduism, rivers are more than just water. They represent life, purity, spirituality and our connection to nature. 🌍

From the sacred River Ganga to our very own River Soar in Leicester, water deserves our respect, protection and gratitude.

🙏 But devotion should never become pollution.

As Leicester celebrates Hindu festivals, perform pujas and make offerings, we want to encourage our communities to think carefully about what enters our rivers and waterways.

🌺 Flowers and garlands - Plastic Bags
🪔 Diyas and religious offerings
🕉️ Idols and ceremonial materials
🎁 Plastics, packaging and decorations

Even offerings made with the purest intentions can harm aquatic life, damage ecosystems and contribute to pollution when placed into natural waterways.

Hindu faith teaches society to respect nature, not destroy it. 🌿

At UOCEAN Leicester, we believe protecting our rivers is one of the greatest acts of respect we can show to the natural world.

💙 Celebrate your traditions.
💙 Honour your beliefs.
💙 Respect your ancestors.
💙 Protect our rivers for future generations.

Choose reusable decorations, keep plastics away from waterways, compost suitable natural offerings and use designated collection or immersion facilities where available.

A sacred offering should never leave behind a polluted river.

Through @vayyufoundation we continue working with communities across Leicester to protect the River Soar and inspire environmental responsibility across every culture, religion and generation.

🌊 LET OUR RIVERS CARRY LIFE, NOT LITTER.

Would love to work with all our brothers and sisters at @hinduclimateaction @leicesterhindusociety @dmuhindusoc @britishhindus @loughborough_hindu_society @nhsf_uk @hfhrunitedkingdom to help tackle this.

🙏 Respect the faith. Protect the water. Preserve the planet.

✈️🌍 PILOTS FOR IMPACT — AND WE’RE ONLY JUST GETTING STARTED.

What happens when you bring aviation, conservation and opportunity together?

You create something bigger than simply learning to fly @vayyufoundation @uoceanproject @uearthproject @uhumansproject

You create Pilots for Impact. 🌍✈️ @theglidingcentre @husbosgliding @aerosparxrob @britishglidingassociation

Big thanks to Clive Mason from @cmparamotors for this amazing flight.

Through “Heights of Possibility” (HOPE), we’re opening the world of aviation to young people who may never have imagined themselves inside an aircraft — let alone at the controls of one.

But flying is only part of the story and we will be expanding @britishmicrolighting 🙏🙏🙏

🌊 Protecting our oceans
🌳 Supporting conservation
✈️ Creating pathways into aviation
🧠 Building confidence and ambition
🌍 Developing the next generation of changemakers
🚀 Showing young people that their background does NOT define their destination.

We want to create pilots, engineers, conservationists, sustainability leaders and, above all, young people who believe they can become more.

And 2027…

We can’t tell you everything yet. 👀

But the opportunities being created behind the scenes for young people are on another level.

New places.
New partnerships.
New experiences.
New pathways.
And opportunities that could genuinely change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

Some will experience aviation for the first time.

Some will discover careers they never knew existed.

And some may become the Pilots for Impact who help protect our planet for generations to come. 🌍

2027 is going to take HOPE to new heights.

You have absolutely no idea what’s coming. ✈️🔥

🚨🌍✈️ TWO “ARCHITECTS OF THE IMPOSSIBLE” ONE GLOBAL STAGE. A MISSION TO CHANGE THE WORLD AT @newscientistlive 🌍✈️🌊

What happens when conservation, aviation, ocean plastics and humanitarian action collide on one stage?

You stop talking about what’s possible…
and start building what doesn’t exist yet.

This October, Chris Desai - Founder of @uoceanproject Heights of Possibility & @aerosparxrob Founder of @aerosparx take to the stage at New Scientist Live 2026 at @excellondon @newscientist 🎤⚡️

Two people. Different worlds. One shared belief:

The future needs people prepared to do the impossible @vayyufoundation

🌊 Removing plastics from our oceans and waterways
✈️ Using aviation to unlock ambition and opportunity
🌍 Building conservation projects across borders
🤝 Delivering humanitarian action where communities need it
🧠 Inspiring young people to think bigger than the circumstances they were born into
🚀 Creating the next generation of pilots, engineers, conservationists, innovators and changemakers

From the ocean floor to the flight deck, we’re proving that the biggest challenges facing humanity cannot be solved in isolation.

Science 🤝 Conservation
Aviation 🤝 Opportunity
Humanity 🤝 Planet

And at the centre of it all?

People.

Because the future doesn’t just need scientists.

It needs dreamers. Builders. Risk-takers. Problem-solvers.

It needs people willing to look at something everyone else calls impossible and say:

“Why not?”

✈️🌍 CONSERVATION + AMBITION. THIS IS HEIGHTS OF POSSIBILITY.

What happens when you combine a love for our planet with the ambition to fly?

You create Pilots for Conservation at @uoceanproject x @aerosparxrob . 🌱✈️

Heights of Possibility (HOPE) exists to inspire a new generation of young people to dream bigger, aim higher and see aviation as a pathway to purpose.

We bring young people closer to aviation through real experiences — flying, airfields, aircraft, STEM, sustainability, entrepreneurship and conservation at @theglidingcentre @husbosgliding

But our ambition goes beyond creating pilots.

🌍 We want environmentally conscious aviators.
✈️ We want Pilots for Conservation.
🌱 We want future engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs and changemakers.
🚀 And we want young people from every background to believe that these worlds belong to them too.

Some will become pilots.

Some will become conservationists.

Some will become engineers, innovators and leaders.

And some will simply walk away believing, for the first time:

“Maybe I can.”

That is HOPE.

Protecting our planet. Inspiring ambition. Creating Pilots for Conservation.™
