Teacher Spotlight: Part 5

Hi I’m Emma, I discovered Pilates through my own journey with movement and quickly realised how powerful it can be for building strength, improving mobility, and feeling more connected to my body. Inspired by these benefits, I went on to complete my Level 3 qualifications in both Reformer and Mat Pilates.

In my classes, I focus on controlled, intentional movement designed to build deep core strength, improve mobility, and support overall body awareness. My classes are low impact but challenging, with exercises that help strengthen, lengthen, and stabilise the body.

I aim to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can focus on your movement, challenge yourself, and take time for your wellbeing. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to develop your practice, my goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
