Teacher Spotlight: Part 5

Hi I’m Emma, I discovered Pilates through my own journey with movement and quickly realised how powerful it can be for building strength, improving mobility, and feeling more connected to my body. Inspired by these benefits, I went on to complete my Level 3 qualifications in both Reformer and Mat Pilates.

In my classes, I focus on controlled, intentional movement designed to build deep core strength, improve mobility, and support overall body awareness. My classes are low impact but challenging, with exercises that help strengthen, lengthen, and stabilise the body.

I aim to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can focus on your movement, challenge yourself, and take time for your wellbeing. Hi friends

I never post here (clearly) but i wanted to let you all know I will be finishing up teaching perm classes at @theholisticwarehouse on 4th April

Teaching here was a dream of mine and I am grateful to have shared most Wed eves/Sat mornings with you all - the community we have is insane!! but life begins at the end of your comfort zone and I am looking forward to some change 🤍

It has been a blessing. I have met the most amazing people and some of my closest friends here & hopefully see some of you if I am ever covering classes 🥰

So grateful my friend robyn dragged me to a class here in 2023 as it has completely changed the trajectory of my life
