Setting an intention is one of the most powerful practices we can bring into our lives….

In yoga, it is called Sankalpa - a heartfelt vow that aligns us with our deepest truth.
In many Native American traditions, prayers and intentions are offered before ceremonies, honoring our connection to the Earth, Spirit, and community.
In Mexico, ancestral traditions invite us to create with purpose, whether through an altar, a prayer, or an offering to the elements.
In the Sacred Valley of Peru, the Andean people make despachos - beautiful ceremonial offerings woven with gratitude, reciprocity, and intention for Pachamama.

Imagine if every action, every word, and every thought carried conscious intention.
Imagine the ripple effect that would have on our relationships, our communities, and our world.

🦋🦋🦋🦋

Our dear friend Yulia @yuliaworld shared ancestral wisdom with us before the creation of a mandala, reminding us that every meaningful creation begins with a clear intention. Before a single flower was placed, before a single pattern emerged, there was a prayer, a purpose, and a collective vision.

These are the moments that stay with us long after the journey ends. The moments that become memories. The moments that transform us.

We cannot wait to return to @samadhisacredvalley the Sacred Valley of Peru, where ancient wisdom still whispers through the mountains and every ceremony invites us to remember what truly matters.

✨ What intention are you carrying in your heart right now? Share it below and let it be witnessed by this community.

Today we want to tell you about works by AFFF Collective @afff_collective and Olya Kroytor @olyakroytor from the BON VOYAGE show.
⠀
AFFF Collective @afff_collective is an anonymous female artists collective, whose work is based on anthropological research. In installations, photographs, videos, and objects, AFFF recounts and illustrates the stories of their folk revealing and dispelling misperceptions and creating counter narratives to commonly held fallacies about these stereotypes.
⠀

⠀
Olya Kroytor @olyakroytor is the master of performances. In her works, she tests the body’s and psyche’s possibilities.
⠀
'The Fulcrum' is a performance where Kroytor is not moving from a high post for the duration of two hours. The work is a symbolic but at the same time physical attempt to find the support in reality, where two basic values are changing; a controversial merging of the feeling of flight and fear of fall results in both personal greatness and total solitude. Limitation and physical borders are guiding us through the exhibition reflecting the circumstances that we are in.

The moment we choose, the moment we say yes, the moment we sign up the co-creation begins.

Samadhi Sistarhood Retreats are not about one person being in the spotlight. They are not about the creators, the teachers or facilitators.

Our retreats involve sacred Co-Creation, each woman bringing her divine unique magic and gifts into the circle with her.
And we need her gifts.
We need her presence.

Without it our circle lacks key ingredients that she brings from her experiences, her love, her grief, her culture and way of life from the land she comes from.

What gifts do you bring to the circle with you, what gifts are waiting to be freed tapped into and seen?

Join our Sistarhood, and share your unique presence in a space of openness and non-judgement and create this SACRED Space of Sistarhood with us. ✨

Who are @samadhi.sistarhood retreats for? 🤍

For the ones who feel there’s more to life…
More depth, more truth, more connection.
For those who are ready to soften, to open, to remember who they are beneath the noise.

And why choose us, among hundreds of retreats?

Because this isn’t just a retreat.
This is a project of the heart… through the heart… to the heart.

We @ahom.holistichealth and @marina.bogatkina as facilitators and movement educators with over a decade of experience, we’ve seen what truly transformative spaces look like, and what they don’t. We’ve poured that knowing into every detail, every practice, every moment we hold.

This offering was born from something real.
From pain. From grief. From loss.
And alchemized into joy, connection, and deep, human expansion.

We’re not here for surface-level experiences.
We’re not here for the “highlight reel.”

We’re here for the depth.
For the raw beauty of being human.
For vulnerability, truth, and the art of truly living and savoring life.

If you feel the call… you already know 🤍

✨ Next retreat: Sacred Valley, Peru
📅 September 19–25, 2026

Spaces are intentionally limited.
Come as you are. Leave transformed.

There was a time when my heart broke open so deeply it felt like I disappeared with it.
Depression, confusion, an existential unraveling… it all led me somewhere I never expected — to a dream.

A dream of women. Of connection beyond comparison. Of a space where we could finally just be.
And from that place, @samadhi.sistarhood was born.

This is not just a project - it’s a personal resurrection.
A story of losing myself completely… of falling apart, and then slowly, sacredly, finding my way through. 🥹

I learned how to sit with grief.
How to let sadness move through me instead of resisting it.
And in doing so, I met myself on a level I had never known before.

I became someone new.
Someone softer, deeper, more real.
A woman who can stand beside other women without jealousy, without competition, without needing to perform - only to connect.💃🌸

Today, I feel nothing but gratitude for this pain.
Because pain, when honored, becomes art.
And this is my art — a living, breathing space of connection, freedom, friendship, unforgettable experiences, life-changing insights, joy, and self-love.

Who would I be if I hadn’t lost everything?
If I hadn’t loved so deeply, only to be shattered?
If I hadn’t dared to dream of healing and creation?
If I hadn’t found my sisters?

I don’t know that version of me that deeply yet,
But I do know this one —
and she is the most beautiful, devoted, and deeply alive version I have ever me 🔥🫦

I am endlessly grateful for Samadhi SiSTarhood, for every woman who has said yes, for every facilitator who has held space with such love.
Forever grateful for:

@yuliaworld

And now… we are already halfway full for our 5th women’s retreat in Peru.

What is the greatest lesson a woman should learn?
that since day one. she’s already had everything she needs within herself. it’s the world that convinced her she did not.
