The French Riviera!

The July menu takes us to the scenic coast line of the French Côte D’Azur. Think melon with pink peppercorn honey, Niçoise salad, basil and pine nut pesto, snapper with saffron and sherry, and chocolate and fig cake! Full menu drops Wednesday. As a reminder are closed on Tuesday June 30th for a private event; and we’re closed July 4th! taken in Birdie’s by @tracymalechek

Hard to imagine we turn 5 in a couple of weeks. We’ll do the sappy stuff later but for now let’s talk about this party on July 18th. DOORS AT 5:30.

SUPERIORITY BURGER. THE BRILLIANTLY DELICIOUS, IRREVERENT, INSPIRING, RESTAURANT IN THE EAST VILLAGE RUN BY BROOKS HEADLEY IS POPPING UP AT BIRDIE’S FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY.

JOINING THEM WILL BE OUR NEAREST AND DEAREST—PEOPLE WHO HAVE HELPED SHAPED THIS CITY’S DINING SCENE AND THIS INCREDIBLE CORRIDOR THAT IS EAST 12th STREET.

@superiorityburger bringing down some bangers, @nixtataqueria doing some vegetable magic, @franklinbbq bringing their iconic brisket for chopped beef sandwiches on Birdie’s Focaccia, and @comadre_panaderia slinging that pink cake.

NO RESERVATIONS. NO SEATED COURSED DINNER. JUST A TRAY OF INCREDIBLE FOOD, GREAT WINE, $3 BUD HEAVY AND HANGS WITH SOME OF OUR FAVORITE PEOPLE AROUND.
