🍋 I didn’t plan to match the car, I swear!

I just wrote about what I call Lemon Drop Moments, that burst of clarity that comes out of nowhere, like a cold lemon sorbet on a hot day. Pop of color in your mind. A great idea.

✨ Sudden aliveness and inspiration. Something just “came to you,” energizing you.

⚖️ Professor of Law.

Of all the titles I’ve held in my life, this is the most surprising (to me). But when Empire College School of Law needed a professor to teach Corporations, I jumped on the opportunity. From 2013-2021, I was on the faculty, teaching Corporations, and Nonprofit Law.

It was an honor to teach working adults at night, and I’m forever grateful for the lively discussions we had over case law, everyone bringing different lived experiences. And to see some of them at this week’s 50th Anniversary Celebration (and Roy Hurd & Sherie Hurd Retirement Party) made me beam with pride. by @vivekananda68
