Where geometry becomes environment

Wang Yi’s exhibition opens to the public.
Penumbra and Shadow unfolds as a spatial composition where geometry operates as a system of thought. Forms and surfaces are structured through subtle shifts in light, rhythm, and scale, producing an environment that is both precise and unstable.

What appeared as fragments during installation now resolves into a unified field, where perception is continuously adjusted and the image is never fixed.

Donde la geometría se convierte en entorno

Se inaugura al público la exposición de Wang Yi.
Penumbra and Shadow se desarrolla como una composición espacial en la que la geometría actúa como un sistema de pensamiento. Las formas y las superficies se estructuran a través de sutiles cambios en la luz, el ritmo y la escala, creando un entorno que es a la vez preciso e inestable.

Lo que parecían fragmentos durante la instalación se resuelve ahora en un campo unificado, donde la percepción se ajusta continuamente y la imagen nunca es fija.

$十 Neph—Asura Which is not a being, but the residue of a mistranslation: a god that failed to translate. Derived from Nephilim and Asura, the term does not reconcile two cosmologies, but exposes their incompatibility. The dash neither unites nor separates; it marks a site of suspension, where meaning remains unresolved. What emerges is not a hybrid, but a fracture—an entity that exists only in the gap between systems. In this gap, language ceases to function as a stable medium. Translation does not transmit meaning but distorts it, displaces it, and leaves behind fragments that resist recovery.
