Earlier this week, we celebrated Holi as always surrounded by vibrant flowers instead of traditional colors. Hosted by @niquita___ , @kiran.93 & Sahil of the @1928institute, the celebration brought together British Parliamentarians, Indian businesses & #TeamBobbiLDN

Embracing my Indian heritage and the essence of Holi, a festival that marks the arrival of spring, celebrates the triumph of good over evil, and strengthens connections through love, unity, and tradition. The floral surrounds, dance moves, and hilarious moments shared made this Holi truly unforgettable! 🌸

Spotlighting The Earthshot Prize 2024 @earthshotprize nominee Chris Desai @impactfulceo is Pioneering Inclusive Ocean Conservation with The VAYYU Foundation® @vayyufoundation and UOCEAN® 2050 @uoceanproject

Following my week at the @worldeconomicforum in #Davos earlier this year, a pivotal lesson emerged from André Hoffmann's SDG Tent was the pressing need for amplification.

Chris Desai, is leading the charge in the UK's largest BAME-led river and ocean conservation movement. With a steadfast commitment to making conservation accessible to all, particularly minority and stigmatised communities, Chris is driving impactful change both domestically and globally.

Recognised with the @bbc Make a Difference Award and named as one of our winners for @fortyu40uk for climate and sustainability, Chris has earned widespread acclaim for his environmental advocacy. His dedication has now catapulted him onto the stage as a nominee for The Earthshot Prize 2024 in Ocean Conservation by the British Commonwealth set to take place in November this year in Cape Town, South Africa.

Engaging underrepresented communities to foster inclusive environmental stewardship. Through education, advocacy, and outreach, Chris empowers diverse individuals to meaningfully contribute to and align with United Nations SDGs. such as #QualityEducation (SDG 4), #ClimateAction (SDG 13), #LifeBelowWater (SDG 14), and #PartnershipsfortheGoals (SDG 17).

Help me support Chris in his journey to secure The Earthshot Prize and amplify his impact on a global scale.
