Karly Hoegh joins the Cheetah Club! At just 11 years old, she was able to run 18 mph for six seconds. This is a goal that she has been wanting to achieve, and today she envisioned herself doing it and was ready to give it a try. Way to push yourself and achieve your goal, Karly! We are proud of you!

Four out of seven kids are at new schools this year! Love all my kids and darn proud of all of them. I pray they show God's love every single day and live their lives according to God's purpose and plan.

My first official Hyrox and Memory and I earned a second place overall finish! I feel really good about this since I haven't run since Murph in May due to my patella tendonitis (except a 2-mile run for Monster Games). It was amazing to be compete again with my incredibly fit friend and partner @meltjes ! She pushed me hard, and I couldn't be more thankful for someone who makes me want to be better and try as hard I can because I know she's trying just as hard.

I'm also incredibly amazed by my two oldest boys who competed for the first time, let alone the MEN's doubles and earning an overall third place finish. These kids are amazing runners and their endurance is incredible. Couldn't be proud of my boys.

One of the reasons I continue to compete and try my best in everything I do is for my kids--to show them I still show up without complaint, without excuse, and to show them that they can do anything they put their minds to despite how busy life may be. It takes hard work, discipline, and consistency--something they know well--and God will direct their path as He sees fits for them.

Always do for the glory of God and no one else. Be thankful for what your body can do, and have fun!

It's been a fun few years watching Kobe's skills growth and develop as a basketball player. I'm your biggest fan, buddy! Always try your best and play for God's glory. 👊

Happy 18th anniversary to us! I really wanted to get dressed up, but sometimes things come up and don't go exactly the way you planned (which happens daily haha) and I've just learned to go with the flow and focus on things that are more important. And that's okay, because what truly matters is that I got to spend time with Reggie (alone!) and we got to go out to eat. I love this crazy, busy life we have together. I wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️ @reggiehoegh by @lhoegh

Happy 14th birthday, Beau (May 1)! You know how to have fun, work hard, and stay disciplined. I love watching you in everything you do. You are amazing, and your kind heart is something I find so special about you. God has super special plans for you, and I can't wait to see how He works in your life. I love you, Booba! ❤️
