About last weekend...
I am still feeling quite speechless, but feel the need to try and share some of the pure gratitude and sheer elation I feel for having been warmly welcomed to the @ladiesallride Coach Summit of 2022.

There were so many very important lessons. From getting Tips, Tricks, & extra Techniques for teaching skills on the bike to Repolishing & Elevating vital coaching skills that will transcribe across multiple disciplines, all with Wonderful Reminders on how to more actively be the supportive human I strive to be.

It is an incredible treat being around so many badass ladies you look up to who not only take you under their wing, and lift you up, but also push you to be the best version of yourself. There was even the important and timely reminder to never be satisfied sitting still and to consistently have a Growth Mindset. 🌱✨

It felt like being home & I am so excited to have started this coaching path because I’ve never felt more like I was doing something I was meant to do. It’s so so so important to lift each other up and I am so happy to be a part of it. A huge thank you to every single coach attending for every tiny to big nugget of wisdom over a shared passion! Progression, NOT Perfection ♥️‼️

Equally as important, it was just an Exceptionally FUN time!!! Remembering how to just play and be vulnerable in trying new things but then be absolutely ridiculous in a way that sends you into silly giggle fits with friends. 🖤
