at the Cyrpus National Championships 💪

Today was about keeping things moderate, finding my groove, and just putting it all together.

Matched my comp PB for a comfortable day. Plenty left in the tank heading into Interservices with @rafpowerlifting in 5 weeks’ time 🔥

🏋️‍♂️ Squat — 255kg
💪 Bench — 155kg
🦾 Deadlift — 275kg

Had to work a little harder on the scales this morning after enjoying the food out here a bit too much this week 😅🍗🇨🇾 sapped a bit of energy, but all part of the fun.
