OCR Euro Champs - Standard course. 45-49 AG
My first championships! What a weekend! Super proud to pull on a GB vest!
I wasn't quite where I wanted to be for this race, post injury, and I'm still not fully confident in my single arm strength. But, it meant I had zero expectations of myself. The plan was to go out there, try my best and have fun.
The course was nothing like I have tried before, and I absolutely loved it.!!!
I completed obstacles I've never done, got further on rigs than expected and failed a fair few!
The final gauntlet was tough, and there were a few that I think I could complete when my strength & grip endurance continues to improve.... & I havent just run 13km😆

I've come away feeling so driven to improve my strength and rig tekkers.
