Pickleball debut with one of my besties @tage.waite, thanks to our friends from @becyclesmart for signing us up & @beachsidenetwork for organizing the event 🫶…
10/10 fun, maybe 4/10 skill level for the CMPCs 😂🏓
There were lots of “Got it…Don’t got its” &
“Oooohhh F… & $H!Ts…” 🤣☠️
Nonetheless…There’s something so good about being a total beginner at something. No pressure, no expectations ….just laughing at yourself and trying anyway.
As professionals who talks about performance and mindset for a living, we’ll say this: stepping outside your comfort zone is a skill too, and it’s one you only build by actually doing the uncomfortable thing.
So here’s to more first tries, more bad serves, and more fun!
