Workouts with friends are the best. Crushed a session with @Thomasdelaeur fueled by honey and beef 💪🏼 I’ve known @thomasdelauer for almost 10 years now. We haven’t always agreed on things, but we agree on most. Honey is healthy for humans. Beef is super-food. Being outdoors is essential for human health. Sunlight feels great and is good for humans in moderate doses.. Sharing workouts is fun. Sharing ideas is fun. Learning along the way is what it is all about. Grateful for people in my life like Thomas that are always up for a hard workout and getting ideas into the world to help people.
