This is Holy Macro Carpa my ceramic still life sculpture in the beautiful rammed earth gallery at Sculptures in the Garden at Rosby Wines Mudgee. Inspired by the Western Australian eucalyptus known as the ‘rose of the west’ and the still life paintings of Margaret Preston who’s middle name was coincidentally also Rose.
