🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Sunshine Coast 70.3 — Race Day!

Stefano and I headed out today to spectate and soak up the atmosphere at the Sunshine Coast Ironman 70.3. What a day of racing! 🔥

A huge congratulations to everyone who raced today — whether it was your first 70.3 or another one in the books, getting to that start line and pushing through to the finish is an achievement in itself. 👏

It was awesome seeing so many athletes out there giving it everything, and even better being part of the local cycling community supporting them along the way.

Well done everyone! 💪
Recover well, celebrate the achievement, and enjoy the finish-line feeling.

It’s simple, actually. Your teammates become family. 🩷

Seven years later, we’ve traveled across the U.S. and around the world together—racing, laughing, celebrating, struggling, and showing up for each other through so much more than sport. I can’t imagine these adventures—or my life—without my Cupcake Cartel family by my side. 🧁❤️

Here’s to year 7! 🥂🥳

To draft or not to draft.

Cal’s back on the mic this week and we’re talking all things Noosa and Sunny Coast ahead of these two races.

So let’s settle it. These courses get congested. Hundreds of bodies on the same stretch of road, and staying legal out there is genuinely hard. Let’s be real, sometimes you’re doing everything right and you still end up swallowed by a pack.

So what do you actually do? Sit up and cop the time loss, or sit in and say nothing?

Tell us where you stand in the comments. We won’t judge. Much.
