💪 40 YEARS OLD – AND I'M NOT DONE YET! 🔥

Some people think their best years are in their 20s and 30s.

I think that's absolute bollocks! 👊

At 40, I've got more responsibilities than ever. A family, children, businesses to run and so many peopl relying on me to out food on their table.

But that doesn't mean I stop investing in myself. If anything, it gives me more reasons to keep pushing.

I don't train to impress anyone.

I train to stay strong, physically and mentally. To have the energy for my family, to lead by example and to show my kids what hard work, commitment and discipline look like.

At 40, I genuinely feel stronger and more focused than ever.

💪🏿 LEAD BY EXAMPLE! 💪🏿

40 next week and I've never felt stronger or more mentally switched on, both inside and outside the gym! 🔥

Hard work, consistency and the right coach make all the difference!

If you want REAL RESULTS, give Hixy a message! 👊

THIS ATLAS STONE WEIGHS 220KG 😳

THE FINAL HSU TOUR! 🪨⚔️
Part 4 of the Halifax Strength Unit tour — and we've definitely saved some of the coolest stuff until last.
Sandbags, trophies, axes and swords for holds… and then the Atlas Stones. 👀

One of them weighs a ridiculous 220KG and was previously owned by @grahamhicksuk
Graham, if you're watching… do you remember this thing?! 😂

Coached by: @rhinostrongmancoaching

Absolutely loved showing you around @halifaxstrengthunit . Now I need to get strong enough to actually lift some of this stuff. 🤣💪

Amazing day at @lukeerichardson and @lauram_pl wedding yesterday.

2 absolutely brilliant people and it’s so nice to see such happiness.

I may have a harsh exterior but I take great joy in seeing good people happy so was a beautiful day!

Also got to catch up with some of the strongman family too which is always a good thing!

Couldn’t be more happy for you both!
