End of Tour Report — 03.27.24 — Trying something different . . . combining a couple of shifts into a single post. We stay pretty busy so there’s always something to share — it’s more that a just-after-shift post is well. . . a lot . . . Over the last couple of shifts we’ve had a few dwelling fires, a chiefs meeting with the command staff, and the opportunity to watch members of A-shift complete live fire evolutions during their company officer development course. This session’s focus is on critical decision-making and understanding the dynamic between task completion and effective supervisory practices. Great stuff by @charlottefire Training Academy staff and all firefighters and engineers putting in the work!
