Success isn’t one big decision. It’s thousands of small ones.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve made a lot of them 🥹

💼 Working for free to gain experience
🌍 Travelling the world to learn new techniques
🎓 Spending 3 years completing a Master’s degree, even when people told me it wasn’t worth it.
📚 Investing my own time and money into learning.
🦷 Saying yes to opportunities that pushed me outside my comfort zone.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to have amazing mentors, opportunities and people who believed in me. I’m so grateful for every single one of them.

But none of it would’ve happened if I hadn’t made the choice to keep showing up.

Today, I get to work in a private lab, work with brilliant clients, create bespoke work for patients, and teach Dental Technicians around the world.

And in the words of Snoop Dogg… “I wanna thank me” 🤭 I sometimes have to remind myself of this, when I feel unproductive or low.

The career you want isn’t built in a day. It’s built by showing up consistently, learning new things, asking questions, and doing the work, even when it feels like nothing’s changing.

Take a second to look back. I bet where you are today is somewhere a younger version of you once dreamed of ☁️✨

Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep showing up.
