I have never competed against such a great field of athletes as I did this weekend. With no disrespect to my past competitions, this group was different. Past games, athletes and Legends Fitness Championships under their belts. This group gave it everything they had for three days. I made some great relationships with some very motivated and strong dudes. Thank you for an experience I’ll never forget. See you at the next one.

And thanks to @1stphormmonstergames for putting on such a first class event. I also need to thank @clarkie25 and @crossfit.col. I also need to thank my friends back home for their messages and calls over the last four days. You guys rock.
And my biggest shout out goes to my family who allow me follow these crazy old man Crossfit dreams. I’ll be home soon.
