Most protein powders hide 20+ ingredients you can’t pronounce. Ours has 5:
→ Grass-fed beef protein isolate (22g)
→ 3g creatine monohydrate
→ Real vanilla bean
→ Pink Himalayan salt
→ Monk fruit

That’s it. No gums, no fillers, no artificial sweeteners — 3rd-party tested for purity. Grass-fed fuel, modern strength.

Yes, our daughter will chew on a chicken leg while telling us the chickens can’t go…

She’s not confused about why we raise animals for food. She loves her ground beef, scrambled eggs and pork. The hard part is letting go of the ones she’s cared for.

Our biggest mistake was the turkeys. Dad said yes to keeping a couple for breeding. Then we decided all of them had to go, and it turned into a big drama, because she’d been told something different.

What helps us now: remind them at every step what each animal is for and why, so the day never comes as a surprise.

Do your kids get attached to livestock?

Comment “PETS” and we’ll send you exactly how we teach our kids that livestock aren’t pets.

Life’s been busy lately, but the good kind of busy!

We just launched the new MK Supplements Beef Protein, and Michael’s been testing out every new gadget he can get his hands on. Never a dull moment around here.

Our son started soccer, and watching him play has been one of our favorite things this season.

And of course Michael hasn’t missed a single day checking on the cows. That’s just not up for debate around here.

We’ve been soaking up every sunrise and sunset Georgia gives us. So thankful for all of it!

Morning staples.

Lately I’ve been loving this combo with my morning breakfast. I personally don’t LOVE salmon, but recognize the amazing benefits of wild salmon’s omega 3s. That’s why I like to add this in every day.

@mksupps new grass fed beef protein + creatine is a total game changer for me. Whey has always given me digestive problems and this solves that issue, with the added benefits of creatine monohydrate to enhance recovery. MINIMAL ingredients. Zero funny stuff. Tastes amazing especially with a dash of instant Italian espresso for a morning protein iced coffee!

It’s LIVE! Beef Protein + Creatine is finally out. 🙌🏼

This one took a while, and I’m proud of where it landed. Twenty-two grams of grass-fed beef protein isolate and three grams of creatine in every serving. Five ingredients — beef protein, creatine, real vanilla bean, pink salt, monk fruit. That’s the whole label. Nothing to look up, nothing hiding behind “natural flavors.”

The beef comes from cattle raised in the EU, where growth hormones are banned, and it’s made from meaty bones and connective tissue rather than muscle trim alone. The creatine is made in Germany. The pouch is compostable kraft paper instead of a plastic tub.

I’m proud of this one. If you try it, I want to hear what you think!

“It has a beast of a chiller that cools the water down to 37°F… small footprint, but also fairly deep… lockable lid — the whole nine yards.”

And the difference from everything else in his spa? Price.

“I don’t have to take out a second mortgage to afford this. Very reasonably priced without sacrificing anything on performance. It’s one of my favorite tubs right now. It’s a beast.”

Your immune system adapts to what you live with.

And so does your food supply — which is why the grain-fed vs. grass-fed debate isn’t just about nutrition. It’s about what pathogens end up in your meat.

The FDA just approved a new “safe” sunscreen ingredient. I bought a product with it and sent it back unopened.

Not because the ingredient was the problem — because of everything else they packed in around it…

This one was our dear Maple. She was sick — and we weren’t going to let her suffer.

Every animal we raise gets one bad day. That’s it. Everything before that is as good as it gets for any animal alive.
